The biggest problems for bounty hunters nowadays are :

1. Many ICO's do not make it to the exchanges

2. Due to the bear market any ICO that makes it to exchanges lose value instantaneously

3. Bounty Hunters have no way to force their will. They just obey on what ICO's want them to do and they get paid in teir tokens which in most cases worth nothing .
