I would like to thank each and everyone of you who did respond and say all of the encouraging remarks that probably didn't only keep me motivated but many others with the same questions and thoughts. That is why I'm excited about being part of this group. Not only do you keep us informed, you answer all of our questions and concerns. You also assist with our digital problems when we are in distress. This team is above reproach and will lead the way to the top. I am retired from the U.S. Army and have been teaching leadership classes for the last 12 years and everything I see here on a daily basis is exactly what we teach. Keep up the great work and we will reach the top. Even the best get a little frazzled some times. It's how you recover that is the key to success. IMHO!
