There's a giant flaw in your model.
Only 1 public IP is allowed per viewing instance and autoplay does not work 24/7. This is all airtime is about, it's not just a dumb stopwatch. So what it really comes down to is this, best case take the cheapest VM you can find, and that is your break-even that you have to hit monthly. Currently the cheapest you'll find for 1 core + 1GB RAM is around $6 per month.
