No tokens will be distributed since the ICO did not reach its minimal funding goal.

The business idea will be restructured,preferably directly in a security token. We are disappointed since the ICO raised almost no support and as such is impossible to realize what we feel as a genuine and real business model.

The tokenomics in the crypto world are not favourable any more towards utility tokens. As we planned also in our whitepaper as one of the last steps seems now as a must from the begining.

When we are ready with a adequately structured security token and with adequate regulative and legal structure we will re-announce this project.
