bitcoin is not yet on the "verge" of a bull run but it is moving towards the bull run. in other words we are currently taking the first steps towards the series of rallies which will end up with a new set of all time highs and will eventually end up with a new ATH and a new bubble.

in any market it has always been like this after a bubble. specially when the asset is still growing and being adopted. after the correction we need a stable phase like this for the market to recover and then begin the rises slowly and then eventually end up with big cash flow in.

This is exactly right. We are currently in the stable period between bear and bull markets. No we aren't in a bull market yet, but it is very high confidence that we are out of the bear market, and the next bull market should slowly start in the next 2 - 6 months. Looks for a move above the last lower-high of the bear market of ~$7400 as the first signal of a new bull market. If the price then moves above the second to last lower-high of the bear market ~$8500 then that should be confirmation a new bull market has already begun.

A bull market, or an intermediate bull trend? An uptrend from here won't decide that. There could easily be a bull trap in our future before another leg down.

A break upwards here could also just be part of a larger sideways pattern, e.g. a triangle. All I know is, it hasn't even been a year since the ATH. Nobody should be surprised if we stay in a corrective/bear market for a while longer.
