I think it gives you just stress not excitement even if you win or lose.
Stress plus regrets, as you may reassess what happen after losing your money then regrets will follow, a lots of stories already been told here about gambling experiences, though we do have our own opinions and probably differences  with this topic, a changing factors might be the actual amount
that you've loss and the time that you spent playing gambling.
