This market is fun because it has quite a few active participants and is fairly illiquid. Never know what the next day will bring.
Do not expect too much, this is game for whales, and Cloak is not interesting at the moment. 
if price increase it does not mean that whales are invole and its called pump yes right but its should not be dumped after pump then its deserve value which should be i think cloak should be correct value is 35 to 55 usd
