In bear markets, many people think like you do (ie great depression, 2008 housing crash, etc). Those that are good with their investments see it as an opportunity.
We are all in that phase. If I knew things would crash this bad, I would have saved some money to buy more today. Though I am at loss, I am still optimistic and I believe it the bull run will come again. It is just a question of when. Meanwhile, I am doing bounty to increase my bags.
