For all the time he hasn`t received a single merit, but distributed smerits to everyone in a row for useless one-line posts mainly in the Russian branch. I think that he and all those account farmers, whom he awarded with his smerit, deserve a ban, since this is a brutal violation of forum rules and a manifestation of absolute disrespect for the existing bitcointalk system.
