The forum has a youtube channel? I actually think videos would be very helpful for beginners, though I have no skills or knowledge to create them myself. I'm sure there's many people who do, though. Perhaps ask in the Marketplace for contributors?
I don't think a video is going to help for your examples. Hacked accounts don't get recovered, becoming a Copper Member only requires one click and one payment, and the Captcha bypass only means bookmarking one link.
If that's too difficult to understand, I don't think those users will add anything to this forum.
I still think going through the process of how to sign a message to retrieve an account would be helpful as it seems to be quite confusing for a beginner, though I understand they're not being recovered right now. I've also seen a few people confused at how to set their copper membership as well, as easy as it may be.
