Well in order to switch to POS we need to wait for the main net launch I suppose.

Well team had few posts about it and from reading those posts it seems that we could be surprised by jumping ahead of the road map! So sit tight  Grin

Getting ahead of road map will certianly help,especially if some important feature will release ahead of time.
