i agree with your statement.  We are an investor too that can contribute on the demand , so why need to wait for big investors before putting a contribution as well ? Actually it's necessarily to have a big collaboration. Which is in my view  it's impossible to happen nowadays because all investors and holder are always panicking and cant wait for further results of market. Just gaining quick profits to avoid losses and they don't want to risk money .
