No. Blockchain is a technology while bank is an organization. They can't replace each others.
I agree with you. I Don't think blockchain can replace bank..Banks has different transactions to blockchain. Blockchain sometimes is like bank when you can withdraw your money through inlibe and pay your payment online but no ine is in control of blockchain unlike bank.
