As I understand it, they are going to realize the redemption of their tokens. But what's the point? If the task of the project is to force users to buy these tokens and trade them on the exchange?
You do not quite understand the mechanics of work. Redemption at the initial stage will allow to form a jackpot lottery, as well as stimulate the growth of the coin rate on the stock exchanges.
So thats the point of ransom? To form a jackpot pot? What about the budget for a buyback? Where will the funds come from for the redemption of tokens?
