Absolutely agree with you. Now it is difficult to distinguish good ICO from SCAM. Scammers keep pace with the times.
I agree, Im even having a hard time picking a good bounty campaign since 2018 has started. Theyre more likely scams. Its either theyll extend for a long period of time or wont give any rewards.
