They have repeatedly stated that the team and whitepaper will be uploaded in August, and have been completely transparent in this fact over their Telegram community. In fact, their whitepaper was released today. You just mentioned they said the team page will be up before the ICO, and the website clearly says the ICO is on the 1st of September... I am pretty sure it's still August.
Can we ask what is the update? Its seems they exit with fund. Is bounty stake distributed ? @Parodium can you explain about it?

I do not believe anybody was scammed by the project, looks to me that it just failed miserably.
So bounty participant will not get payment ? You didn't stop bounty even I opened scam accusation and you aware about it.
