Eine Frage verstehe ich allerdings nicht.
Also ich habe damals 2014 schon meine Ansprüche geltend gemacht, aber nicht an der Aktion teilgenommen, die dafür gesorgt hat, dass das Insolvenzverfahren in eine CR umgewandelt wird. Was soll ich denn da am besten antworten?
