ACAR Bounty Release Schedule

Thanks everyone for participating in the AlphaCar bounty campaign. The bounty is now finalized and will be released according to a 12-month schedule. On the 19th of each month from Oct 2018 to Sep 2019, the ACARs will be transferred to the bounty hunters' ETH wallet. The detailed schedule are listed in the following spreadsheet.
