I submitted as ticket in December and I still have NO update
Waited for a long time too, but recently got an answer and partial balance correction. So there is still hope

I got this Generic email today:

45 btc still missing, still no response via support, email or skype. So for me it's scam/fraud/robbery till they recovered my funds...
