Some general info
#1) Orders were placed between June 6 - Sept. - 5 mo since first order
#2) First refund requests happened around last day of Aug (could be considered Sept 1) - we're about 45 (49 to be precise) days since Sept 1.
#3) Most of the refunds have already been processed (80-90% -- there are still a lingering few)
The worst are when people request refunds, harass you about getting it, then "change their mind" and want to get units. Like, I get it, consumer protection laws are there to protect consumers. But to be expected to deal with this insanity is far more senseless than me.
I've been regularly working 36+ hours straight to make this happen. If it were possible I'd just forego sleeping and eating entirely. Unfortunately that would probably result in me going to the hospital which would cause added delays. We'll get everything processed. But right now -- CUSTOMERS -- come first.
