Mining today in a very difficult situation. Practically, most coins have either zero profitability or minimum. without the growth of the market, mining can die. The situation is very sad. But let's hope for the best !!!
Yes mining is low now. But I think everything will not come so fast, at least one more wave awaits us.
If the cryptocurrency market goes up again (and I believe it will), it won't be a "wave", it'll go up and stay there.
If we go up it will mean we've survived the era of scammers and whales with ton of money to unloaded, let's hope that the next era we enter will be a more friendly one with regulators protecting investors and shops, where the adoption will sky rocket and real projects like XDNA shine through!
