I still think that 600$ are just to low for a masternode. If the price drops even lower, the devs should think about changing the collateral, if not you can see what happens with project with a low masternode price ...

The price hasn't been this low in a loooong time. I believe it's because there are too many MNs in the network at the moment.
We cannot change that, so we have to wait for progress on the roadmap. According to the webinar, good news is coming very soon.
