If you didn't need an initial capital for any of your expences, then there is no reason to create this thread from the start. 
As you say you will do it no matter what, so do it and then make a thread with all the details of your project. ICO or not it's up to you.
Asking for an investor to put his funds to an idea without anything on-hand, it's mission impossible.
Really, 30%? How many months is it...growing? Because with this grow % per month, it doesn't need funding.

Heck I know of someone with a profitable startup growing 30% a month who can't get funding...

I have to agree with this. I am not impressed with the manner in which this thread is panning out but for the OP I wish him success.
As a rule I stay away from investments where the person seeking investment does not fully and clearly lay out idea by disclosing things very early on in the conversation.
