The $ 50,000 price is really too high and i find it unreasonable. It depends too much on the positive information of government bans. Unless reputable organizations pour money into the market. Contributing to the growth of the market can change Bitcoin prices. In my opinion Bitcoin may be $ 18,000 in late 2018.
Exactly there is going to be no miracle this year. I am talking this way for we are very near to the end of the year and quick recovery is not so easy. However a response of the market to a growing demand for the coins can however be witnessed which would be instrumental in adding value to the coin.

SO Bitcoin in my opinion will go up but I am not really sure about this year because we already have the deficit and getting this deficit completed might take time for the market recovery is slow.
