In 1998, Andrey graduated from the Poltava branch of the Kiev military Institute of management and communication, where he received an academic bachelor's degree in educational and professional program "telecommunications". Until 2008, Andrey served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, during which he held officer positions.
In 2008, Andrey entered the reserve and started working in various commercial organizations. Over the past 10 years, he has gone from a simple Manager to a Director of a successful company with a large financial turnover.
