Players will have a chance to be given a role of referee and will help us solve disputes, with earning a part of our provision as for payment for their services. There will be a longer process to be approved as a referee. Every player also has a ranking provided both by skill and opponent rates. We give every player a chance to rate his opponent for the simple reason that doing so will help eliminate any problems with communication and harassment.
