haha, holiday after holiday, conference after conference, great life for this "legal" scam using visa name, catch them if you can. 
These scammers are living a great life off the ICO funds.
They are transparent in their conference attendance. So it is hard to call it a 'scam' even if it is an absolute joke that they can fail to deliver on their most basic deliverable of crypto cards.
Living off ICO funds while not doing anything to achieve the whitepaper goals then it is a scam to me.
