I am looking for a permanent escrow to hold collateral for users looking to borrow a bitcointalk account and do not qualify to borrow without collateral.
There will be strict conditions, the service will not have any room for scammers or spammers. Please do not criticize the service until it is ready. I have put some thought into countering any possible downfall.
The escrow will receive a 1% fee of all collateral, paid by the borrower. I prefer an escrow who is able to stay in touch via telegram to hold BTC or altcoin collateral while accounts are borrowed and frequently communicate daily to ensure quick transactions and little delay for myself and borrowers.
