Definitely not, there are alot of great projects out there above top 100, that just doesn't have enough exposure yet, or team hasn't been working on marketing so they are slowly developing their project in silence I'd rather say, there are quite few risky investments in top 100, which are only shilled and might dissapear from top list or even end up as complete scam. I got my investments in few >100 projects and I'm being very bullish on them, because they are up do date with their roadmap and just getting their product ready, and once product is finished they will start with marketing, which is actually the way it should be.. and not those shills and pump and dump scheme on projects that doesn't even have product ready yet...
