I hope that at least bad ICO´s stops right now, because they are destroying the already low dredibility of cryptoworld. This world is full of scammers with the only objective of getting rich fast deceiving others. Regulation is mandatory. Bitcointalk also should have a process of selection of ICO annonced here in a daily basis, before beeing published in the forum. Should have here a minimum of rules to publish ICO, most of them are sacms.
