What do you mean by lost too much? You haven't sold your tokens yet right? I do believe you lose only in words and in your thoughts. This is probably because, you bought your coins at a much higher price. Am i correct?
Do stay away OP, but just for a while - up until the crypto market makes an upswing. I suggest for you to turn a blind eye and deaf ears to any news about cryptocurrencies and stop checking on coinmarketcap for sometime. Checking every minute on coinmarketcap during bear market will only make you more restless. Be of forbearance. Give crypto market an ample time to recover itself. I am confident that it will.
