Yes, Ethereum is the ICO king but currently there are EOS and NEO competing for its place. All three platforms have strong points of weakness, are good for ICO operations. People still prefer the Ethereal platform over EOS and NEO, but I believe in the future it is possible that EOS and NEO will replace Ethereum if it is weak.
