3000$ is really too far for ETH. I can't imagine that price in the bear market, ETH will end in 2018 for less than 500$ price is sure. But in 2019 everything will be the same as you say

I can't imagine even 500$ by the end of the year. ETH looks like not good now and I think people will not buy it.
A price between 400 to 500 dollars by the end of the year seems possible to me since as we know the market has a tendency to recover but it is not that likely, the most likely outcome for the market right now is that the market is going to keep moving in its current direction which is down even if that movement is happening almost in slow motion at the moment.
