But until we see the official Kamagames links attached to that contract + official Kamagames twit or article we cannot be 100% sure that this is the right smart contract for KGT.

the admin on the official telegram channel confirm that they own the address you provided and it seems that there are no movements yet maybe after the ICO when they distribute KGT token to participants.
