Many people believe real estate business is more profitable than investing bitcoin so they shift focus to investing in real estate business.
Yes they were many of them that just gave up bitcoin because they can't hold on any longer and they are tired for the several months that it hasn't been performing well like the way they are expecting. But its also considerable that those folks are already in real estate business, you know that business is very popular wherever you are.
I think bitcoin is more profitable especially in a time like this that the price is down you can buy in large quantities and sell when the price is up but real estate needs lot of capital. What do you think?
The advantage of investing to bitcoin is you don't really need a huge capital to start holding and trading but the returns won't be that big. Same logic goes for real estate, you need huge capital and you'll get a property, you can rent it or even sell it on a higher price as time goes by.
I'm into both boats so that's the best feeling that I can share right now, I'm pretty sure that most of the bitcoin investors here are into real estate too.
