I don't know if it's manipulated, but we can expect a dump, there is no support until 215 satoshi
Marked red in market history is what the manipulator is buying. Orange is for bought.
Red one in the buy orders are, as you can see, very low , and he can "lose" that amount in the transactions. However as its much smaller than the buy (and he uses those to make activity to the last trades), he still makes certain profit.
(*edit: ohh, one error in the pic: the marked in buy orders in red, 166131.2. Its not that low amount, but its a good example of where his cap has been once)
