I've done that also before which I was trying to research and being updated to all their social media accounts but still it ends up into a scam which is they've got a nice platform.
Sometimes nothing is in our hands even though we have researched a lot about the project makes us lose money. Sometimes it seems everything is perfect about the project but at least they will scam the people without any further development.
