What is your criteria? Cloudbet is working without license and they are stilling money. There are tons of complaints on Cloudbet. They own me 2000 euros and they are not responding on emails. 10xbit is a funny bookie, you got limited there after 7-8 bets.
You should be responsible with such a lists, some one might take you serious and deposit on some scam bookie like Cloudbet.
