I was able to create an account, almost instantly get a confirmation email, logged in and instantly got a deposit address and sent in 1000 COYE (because who in their right mind would send millions of coin to a beta site at launch, right?) which showed up pending almost instantly, then available to trade within a few minutes. I posted a test sell order, and it was fulfilled right away and the BTC balance showed up.
