Yes, coins seems likely. But if I will use clear math then I make next decision (for me). From $16 till $350-300 it needs to 20x. From $200 till $1400 it needs 7x. Who have more growth potential? Try to make own research with calculator 
You are really right, and I also assume that this is empty talk and the topic does not make sense, because everyone understands and knows what potential awaits ethereum. The fact is that $ 1,400 for ethereum is not the limit and is expected to be several times more in the future.Ethereum is one of my favourite for many reasons including the fact of fast confirmation time, the mining process even though they are planning for a long time to switch from Proof Of Work (POW) to Proof Of Stake (POS) but they haven't decided when this is going to happen yet, but 1 ETH at ~$900 and 8 NEO are the ideal combination.
Price went from $190 to $99 within two weeks which I think that the price of NEO is unstable and isn't highly recommended to invest even though it has a good potential to get increased because it is listed as the #6 coin in the coinmarketcap and always the attention of the new investors and the old traders.
