Afternoon all!

First up i'd like to point out that Mirae is not in any way paid by us to 'shill' (although it should go without saying if you just check their post history!) We have run paid signature campaigns in the past but do not approach individuals to promote us on the forums via fake positive messaging.

@JollyGood I'm a social and community manager at Cloudbet so I am employed to keep an eye on the forums as part of my duties, but I'm also active on Twitter, Telegram, skype, etc to stay in touch with our players, organise events and promotions, and try to solve any issues that come through via those channels.

I work with some very talented individuals who genuinely care about providing a great crypto casino and sportsbook experience. Not just because most of us are gamers ourselves, but because we all believe in the power of crypto and want to see it succeed as a successor to fiat. I can safely say that the vast majority of us wouldn't choose to work for a company that was 'selectively scamming' customers.

I know most people only see the negative issues that are posted on the forums or via social media, but we have a huge number of happy customers playing daily, placing bets and making withdrawals instantly. Unfortunately I only tend to interact with the players that do run into issues, but that's why I'm here - to catch anyone that has fallen through the cracks.

@teteczv I haven't posted your betting history because I'm not allowed to share player data publicly online. I'm not accusing you of anything, just stating the reasons for the investigation. I'm also not part of the investigation team so probably wouldn't even be able to point out what a suspicious bet was.

I'm very much hoping this can be cleared up soon and that it's all a massive misunderstanding, but until then the only thing I can do is continue to push for a resolution in the investigation and relay any information I receive back from the team.

@LTU_btc Thanks for getting in touch, it looks like something is missing from the screenies you posted. There were some issues with our odds provider over the weekend so it could be the cause. Could you please PM me your Cloudbet nickname so I can investigate? If it's just as case of us not having the lines for that league I'll make a request to our sportsbook teams to add them for you.

@Angry0ne I'm still waiting on a response on your investigation i'm afraid, but I'm hoping to get an update soon.
