I would say holding a coin have benefits and this is a good thing for long-term investment. Even if I'm tempted to sell some of my tokens, i have to stick with my goals and wait for the tokens to rapidly increase its price. I started to see the real value of my tokens and some of them needs more time because the project should developed first.
