All investors nowadays are still waiting for the market recovery and since the BER months started. which is still hoping to become profitable again , but unfortunately the market is so stagnant and didn't shows a sign for a progress until now which is unlike before year 2017 , during ber moths market growth rate gradually increasing.

The bearish market will continue till the end of this year as no major news is coming into the market. If ETF was approved we could have see bitcoin making another high but since it was not approved the market has to remain stagnant until another issues come up again. I believe that now provide us with another opportunity to invest and if you refused to buy now you might be left out of the next bull run.
