yes, it must. but as you can see their Exchange have nothing unique. infact they don't have any exchange they just used available plugins and tools and created an exchange which is no way unique and especially and literally has nothing Islamic in it.
I have to agree with most of the users here that it's just another scam project. they are using name of Islam to scam the muslim community.

Yes sadly they are a scam using religion to fool people in to investing with the help of scammer users such as whitetoo

So did you contacted the team and asked how they going to restrict certain people and do ICO according to Islamic Laws. Regarding exchange, the full platform release is in December this year and then we can say whether the services are according to Shariah Laws or not

There is not much left, just more patience is needed and then we can all soberly judge the project, whether it complies with the norms of Sharia in general or has been violated Roll Eyes

I personally put high hopes on the project, I really want to see it in the future as an excellent exchanger for various coins, so that it can compete with various exchanges and nobody has forgotten about this project
