I wonder if it can be proved that they had no intention of following through on promises like dividends and instead use the investor money to pay themselves. That would constitute investment fraud and could have more serious repercussions for the team.

i have an indication of their bad will from the beginning.

they refused to pay the bounty after a very short delay, to people who had helped them to succeed in their ICO.
Oh wow did they refuse to pay bounty for their ICO? I'd be interested to learn more. Can you post proof or conversations for this you may have had with the team? Publicly is better, but if not, feel free to PM.
