In my opinion, when the stock market goes down, it will be anticipated that all will go to the crypto market to make money,

I am very hopeful of that, but nowadays it is very difficult to create a mutation in this cryptocurrency market at this time. The cryptocurrency market, as I think, will likely drop for a very long time before recovering from investor confidence.

a mutation? what do you mean about that? Whole of crypto are following bitcoin. ETF should become the main problem and that gives a lot of undertainties in the cryptocurrency market.
The stable price of bitcoin just an example about how worst the ETF's effect to the bitcoin. we know that future contract has been giving a huge impact too at the same time.

The way I understand it, he/she might be referring to the last bull run we have in 2017. Its hard to replicate it because the game has change now and there's no more FOMO coming in. As far as ETF though, it's 50:50 as this point. We can only speculate that it will bring a lot of money and maybe we see fresh blood pumping the market but it remains to be seen.
