All the bonuses on freebitco.in are funded from the income from the gambling. There isn't enough income on freedoge.co.in to do the same.
Yes, eventually they will be merged but that is a long way down the list of developments. I know Doge seems to get neglected but from a business perspective that is because it doesn't make much profit for us.
