Spreadsheet is not a prof since they can use fake data, I can create 50 fake accounts with anyone social media links and others eth address to accuse anyone of cheating.
Only transactions between addresses and the proof on forum can be a solid proof of abusing, but not a 100% proof.

You posted a link showing they share the same eth address but nothing proving that they cheated a bounty.Show me a spreadsheet with their names (the same campaign i.e. Twitter) and I will shut up.
Maybe one of them did twitter, the other Facebook or else but as long as they didn't do the exact same campaign, I don't see the problem.
