When the panic tries to catch me, I do not listen to it. Because every decision in panic will definitely make you to loose something. And when you will find out this fact, it will be the strong regret. So I have no such examples, lucky I am, but it does not mean that I am ideal. Of course, like other humans I have feelins and emotions, but I try to keep my heart hot and my mind to be cold, especially when it is the financial or crypto currency direction. No emotions, only analisys and logic.
