But tokens lost in value more than 90% since ICO. Seems team don't care about price. They raised a lot of money and developing product and even have partnerships, but tokens will not used in deal with Finland as I understand. They must care about provide good liquidity for tokens as they sold them to investors.
If we evaluate the cost of essentia in Ethereum, the price of ESS fell by only 5 times, and this is the standard behavior of almost any token on the bar market.
